The room was quite small. I had difficulty moving around with my luggage. Carrying my heavy bags up several flights of stairs was not ideal. The staff did not offer any assistance with my luggage.

The location was super convenient! It was close to public transport and restaurants. The shower was AMAZING!!!

The room was pretty small. I had to open my suitcase on the bed because there wasn't enough floor space. There weren't many amenities in the room either. No kettle or glasses, no hairdryer or iron, and no towel rail.

the hotel's proximity to the tube station was convenient. i could quickly access various parts of the city. plus, i found the complimentary tea bags in my room a good touch! though the room was simple, it provided the basics i needed.
